Bouncealicious Terms and Conditions of Hire Agreement

Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Responsible use of the equipment must be obeyed at all times when under hire to you, eliminating any chance of damage or injury.

Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the lawn is unsuitable (eg sloping or unclean) full payment still has to be made, due to transport costs & loss of earnings.

We cannot operate the inflatables on concrete, tarmac or gravel. Bouncealicious reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time, ie inclement weather due to safety reasons.

  1. The 12FT x 12FT Inflatables are strictly for children. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should ADULTS ENTER ONTO THE INFLATABLE as this may result in damage, our 15 x 15 ft adults inflatable is suitable for all ages. Any damage or missing parts to the equipment will have to be paid for by the hirer named in our agreement. No signs are to be glued/taped or hung onto the inflatable at all.
  2. Bouncealicious accepts no liability if a person is injured while using the equipment in a reckless or unsafe manner, excluding injury as a result of only by fault of the equipment. As a reputable and caring company, Bouncealicious advises you to read and abide by the safety notes provided.
  3. As the Hirer, you must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatables and garden games are in use and must not be left unattended. If hired overnight, the inflatable/garden games must be stored in a safe and secure place, preferably indoors.
  4. Please ensure that a maximum of 6 children under the age of 10 years should be on the 10ft & 12ft inflatables at any one time, 8 – 10 children and a maximum number of 6 adults on the 15 ft inflatable. Anyone using the inflatable must remove their shoes. Food, drink, jewellery, glasses, children with face paint and pets are prohibited.
  5. At the end of the hiring period, equipment returned soiled will be subject to a cleaning charge. Bouncealicious would be grateful if the hirer could leave the equipment in a clean and tidy fashion at the time of collection.
  6. Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables (which are to be taped down) and the electric blower. THE ELECTRIC BLOWER MUST NOT BE COVERED WITH ANYTHING.
